Hello I’m Isaac !

I have been working as a hairdresser and make up artist in New York, São Paulo, Paris and Lisbon for the past 20 years. As an artist I’m specialized in cut, color, color correction and blonding techniques. Varying from dry cuts to balayage and color melting, I always aim for the most natural looks using the most natural products.

I strongly believe that work has to be meaningful. So plant-based, vegan and ecological products are at the roots of my work values alongside stronger diversity politics.

My purpose is to bring together beauty, cultures, valuable human connections and environmental ethics at the confort of your own home.

  • My name is Isaac Maciel, brazilian, born in Minas Gerais and living in trendy Lisboa. I love to read, travel, visit museums everywhere I go and watch medievel series. I’m also into astrology, SciFi, fantastic literature, fashion and vegan cuisine. Oh, and I’m a taurus (best sign! 😄).

  • Let's say that coloring is my thing! And especially blonding in all its shades, but I also have other color palettes handy, as you can see on the site. From color correction to fierce flashy tones, the choice is yours! Dry-cuts, updos and make-up are also a big part of what clients come to me for.

  • Normally it's pretty simple and any table with chairs can work as my work station. I bring a portable sink when requested and both showers and bathtubs can be used to place the sink's hose.

  • I am based in Lisboa and Paris but I travel essentially anywhere for work. I have been to different locations in Portugal, France and Spain so far, so hit me up in your home town 😉

  • Absolutely and I only work with high quality and 100% vegan brands. I normally offer products according to the particular necessity of each hair.

  • No salon since I offer my services from the confort of your home. I bring everything needed (including towels and portable sink) and I work with 100% vegan products only. You dont need to worry about anything!

  • Yes it's 100% vegan and although it's formaldehyde free it's not exactly organic. There are no organic straightening products because they all use amino acids to straighten the hair. It will last up to 6 months if you use the correct products to maintain it.

  • I price accordingly to the needs of each hair (volume, length, previous jobs...) and the time it will take. Also according to the distances I have to travel since I do at home services. Prices will vary according to the amount of services. The more you get, bigger the discounts. Contact me directly for an evaluation and an estimate.
